Application Procedure
Application Procedure

Before you apply:
Read about Trinity Christian Academy. Please take time to read Trinity’s Mission Statement and Statement of Faith to understand the position of the school in designing its educational offerings.

Read about Christian, Classical Education. A summary is provided on our site.

To apply:

  1. Complete one Parent Information form per family (forms are on the downloads page).
  2. Complete one Student Application for each child.
  3. Submit the Application forms along with:
    • $50.00 nonrefundable application fee for each child (maximum $100 per family) and applicable testing fees.
    • Academic transcript (Grades 9-12)
    • Report cards for each child for the most recent two school years.
    • A copy of the most recent standardized test scores for each student entering Grades 4-12.
    • A sample of graded academic work in English or Language Arts and Math from the most recent grade.
  4. Arrange for confidential recommendation form(s) to be completed and sent directly to Trinity from:
    • The current teacher for students in Grades 1-5 (use the Teacher Recommendation Form)
    • The English teacher and Guidance Counselor (or Principal) for students in Grades 6-12  (Use the Teacher Recommendation Form and the Guidance Counselor Form)
    • The pastor of the church your family currently attends (use the Pastor Recommendation Form)
  5. Attend scheduled testing dates.  All new students will be required to take a standardized admission test and/or a Trinity-readiness/placement test. These tests will be administered at dates and times to be announced.  Parents are responsible for all testing fees. 
  6. Attend the family interview session.  After all of the above documentation and fees have been  submitted, a family interview will be scheduled.
  7. Await official written notification of acceptance.

Upon Acceptance:

  1. Complete the Trinity Enrollment Contract and Statement of Agreement.  Return within two weeks of  acceptance notification.
  2. Submit a non-refundable Enrollment Fee (see Tuition and Fees page--current families pay the fee annually when re-enrolling). After May 10, the Enrollment Fee will be added to tuition, and the first month's tuition will be required for enrollment.
  3. Submit a copy of each child’s birth certificate and immunization records.
