How to View Sports Photos for Purchase from Triple Play Productions

Each student participating in Middle School, Junior Varsity and Varsity sports needs to fill out both of the forms below before the first game.

Spring Sports Fees

Sports fees for this year will be as follows:

Girls Softball            $175
Boys Baseball          $175
Golf                          $35

These fees pay for referees, uniform replacement, equipment costs and field rental. 

Fees for all sports can be paid at your school office or to Mrs. Caudill by December 1st. After that date, students may forfeit participation in a sport until the fees are paid. If families would like to work out a payment plan, please talk to Mark Fairchild or Mrs. Caudill at your earliest convenience.

 

Inclement weather plan

In case of bad weather, baseball practice will be held in the Lower School (TCPC) gym and golf putting practice will be held in the High School (Wellington) gym. Softball practice will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. Announcement of these plans will be done at the Upper School campuses and by email by 1pm at the latest. Game cancellations will be announced in the same manner.
